How soon can I expect to receive my requested quote?

A copy of your quote will be emailed to you within 1 business day of receiving your quote request.

Shipping

What carrier is used to ship products?

USPS is used for shipments under 1 pound unless UPS is selected during checkout. All orders over 1 pound are shipped UPS and orders that receive free shipping are sent USPS; however, other carriers can be used upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss other options.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150. Any expedited shipment or orders under $150 are calculated based on weight/size of the order and will be calculated during checkout.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order has shipped. In addition, any shipped orders will be marked as fulfilled in your account and tracking information will be viewable.

For any orders that are not placed online, you will receive a copy of your invoice that lists tracking information as soon as it ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders for in-stock items ship the same day or the next business day. Depending on shipping method, orders can be expected to be received within 1-5 business days from order placement.

For a more accurate estimate, please refer to the estimated delivery date that is displayed on all product pages.

Returns

How do I return a product?

When looking to return an item purchased online there are three ways to accomplish this:

  1. Login to your account and click 'Start a return' in the bottom right corner of the order you would like to return an item on.
  2. Click on Returns Center under Quick Links on the footer of our webpage
  3. Send an email to customerservice@opticsinc.com with your order number, what item(s) you would like to return, and a reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How long do I have to return a product once I receive it?

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For more information, please view our Refund Policy.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. Orders placed with PayPal may take an additional 1-3 business days.
