I am sorry to hear that this did not work out. Are you possibly looking for a rubber ring to cover the eyepiece to prevent glasses from being scratched during operation? If so, I can send you the information for that as this covers the lens holder, not the eyepiece. Otherwise, I'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund.

This stool is exactly what I was looking for to use in our laser room for patients. The arm rest make patients feel comfortable and are easy to move when necessary. Locking brake for safety that is convenient and simply to operate. The size of base is perfect to fit under slit lamp table. Excellent product.
