This is the best lens cleaner I have ever used. All of the others, over six brands, left my glasses a mess. I had to use running water to clean up their mess.
Battery died after one use after charging to full.

I am sorry to hear that this did not work out. Are you possibly looking for a rubber ring to cover the eyepiece to prevent glasses from being scratched during operation? If so, I can send you the information for that as this covers the lens holder, not the eyepiece. Otherwise, I'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund.
Wonderful product! I mistakenly purchased the non illuminated version of this product and the customer service team was quick and extremely kind in getting my product switched out so that I could begin enjoying the illuminated version of this near card. I would recommend it to anyone!
