I am sorry to hear that this did not work out. Are you possibly looking for a rubber ring to cover the eyepiece to prevent glasses from being scratched during operation? If so, I can send you the information for that as this covers the lens holder, not the eyepiece. Otherwise, I'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund.
