I am sorry to hear that this did not work out. Are you possibly looking for a rubber ring to cover the eyepiece to prevent glasses from being scratched during operation? If so, I can send you the information for that as this covers the lens holder, not the eyepiece. Otherwise, I'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund.
After finally getting an old piece of felt off of my lensometer, the ring fit like a glove. Now I don't have to worry about getting any scratches. Very pleased and a big thank you to Optics Inc!
