Caring For Your ClearPod

Cleaning
Cleaning should be performed regularly to remove bodily fluids, dust, and soils from the surface of the ClearPod. The ClearPod can be cleaned with mild soap or detergent before being rinsed with clean water. The device should be dried using a clean, cotton cloth. Thoroughly wipe the ClearPod using at least 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) wipe (DO NOT use this method to clean lens) *Always perform cleaning before disinfecting.

Disinfection

Soak the device in a 0.525% Sodium Hypochlorite (Bleach) solution for 25 minutes. Thoroughly rinse the device in clean water and dry using a clean, cotton cloth.

Caution:

Do not autoclave or use heat to clean the ClearPod Do not use the ClearPod if you observe any signs of damage or dirt.
Do not use on injured or broken skin.
Always store your ClearPod in a cool, dry place.

Warranty

Volk Optical warrants the ClearPod against defects in materials or workmanship for six months or 1000 uses, whichever comes first from the date of receipt by the end user. This warranty does not cover misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, abuse or other abnormal use or degradation due to general wear and tear.
