I am sorry to hear that you have not received your eyepieces. According to email correspondence, it appears that your eyepieces got put with the mail at the Wal-Mart you are located in and the last we heard you were reaching out to receive that from them. Our system automatically generates labels using the address entered with the order and is not altered or manually entered in any way to ensure that orders are shipped to the correct address. Please let us know if you are unable to retrieve the eyepieces so that we can issue a refund or send a replacement.

They're great, but make sure you realize they are sold individually, not as a pair! I ordered three for my three exam rooms and only got three eyepieces, not six. It states it on the description, I guess I just missed it. Only annoying because they charge for shipping and I had to pay for it twice.
